She can be the most angelic, desirable creatures ever in creation, shaming even Helen of Troy in her beauty, but if she has ugly or weird toes, I immediately lose interest.

A woman's toes are a reflection of her spirit and mind.
My last catch was shorter than me and would never get on tiptoes to give me a kiss, she would beg me to bend over to make contact. Repetitive back strain should not be a condition for love, and I was deeply suspicious.
Put it to the back of my mind, because that's the kind of guy I am. She always wore socks, but we were dating in the winter and the apartment was drafty. One day she steps out of the shower to let me know she forgot to grab a towel and I see her bare feet. She had a gordian knot of toes of mismatched lengths, and that night I made up an excuse to break up with her.

It was a no-brainer, but we live in a world where some women can get an operation to make them look normal. To this day I will look closely to see if there's any evidence of toe work done, usually it looks like a change in skin tone that abruptly occurs in a straight line. Easy to miss, but a sign of a graft after a fix.
There are men today who have no clue who they are hitched to until the kids are born and those genes leave them with a little monster to raise.

I've never been the type to commune with the forest or eat a raw vegan diet but something my friend told me once really stuck with me. She was in one of those intentional communities practicing ethical non-monogamy and growing organic foods on a small farm, she had a lot of wisdom about nature and our place in it.
Someone on the farm got an infection after falling off one of the combines. It looked bad, but she kept telling us the body is made to handle cuts and it's part of life. Gaia's energy would flow up and help treat the disease. Sure enough, they recovered.
During this, one of her boyfriends remarked about how calm she stayed, during the bleeding and even when it seemed the infection took. In her words, there's only one time to panic. That's when your connection to the ground is broken, because Gaia's energies can no longer flow up and your anchor to the world is lost. When a person has podiatric problems, they've broken their link to the planet, and that is what it means to be in hell.
