There are a lot of Mexicans who eat at Taco Bell actually. Usually they go to Taco Bell because they like a specific item. Like their chalupas for example. They know it's not authentic Mexican food. Though some of the more white-washed Mexicans might like it better than authentic Mexican food, but that's because they're white-washed.
