Er, no. Animals that don't have placentas (like chickens) don't menstruate. The yolk of an egg is nourishment (mainly consisting of fat) for the fertilised ovum (the embryo) while it is developing inside the egg.
This is all very basic biology which I think i learned in 6th grade or something.

It's not a period because mammals don't have those. But it is an egg that comes from ovaries and also cannot sustain life if not fertilized

Also, human eggs are made of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates, and they make up the part of menstruation that isn't blood or uterine walls
