I can't explane it any better in english, if you knew the definition in slovenian, croatian and even german you'd understand. I'm missing a word in english to make the definition work better.

Information is an ordered sequence of symbols that record or transmit a message. Data refers to qualitative or quantitative attributes of a variable or set of variables.
But I think you're using it to refer to mobile phone plans. 'Data' is what they call the memory which you use when you use your phone to download files, measured in bytes.
