Gonna second the smoking advice, I used to be fat but I started smoking and taking stacker at the time and I lost all of it in like, a month and a half
E: at the time I was 200 I think and got down to 135, I was walking a lot as well but tbh I don’t think it was enough to achieve the weight loss on its own, I see people walking around all the time who are fat as shit and then I see them a few months later and they look the same so the stimulants do help

get busy with stuff, anything, or a variety of things, where you can't easily eat while you do them
as for exercise, from a baseline of doing nothing, walking is pretty powerful. also, intensity is not so necessary if you do less intense stuff longer. think of it as multiply intensity times time for an exercise unit

Walking daily is a great way to lose weight and improve overall health. You don't have to go overboard and kill yourself at a gym. Just take a nice walk every day and you'll see. Also, try to eat fewer carbs and sugar. That weight will come off before you know it!

You've got to replace the soda with something else, it's hard I know, I'm drinking lots myself. In the past I just replaced it with carbonated water that didn't taste like shit, but I'm off the wagon again.
