I will open my restaurant in New Orleans in a year. Then, over time, I shall have restaurants, hotels, wine shops, cheesemonger shops, and I shall be like the Godfather of New Orleans Hospitality! In the meantime, I will do ghost hunts all around he ancient city. What do you think?

Thanks! I find that, in life, I almost always get what I want. I am a dreamer, a persuader, and I have no a single doubt that I shall accomplish this dream. Then, I shall buy a chateau in the Loire, the bottom floor of which shall be a luxury restaurant. I shall have a vineyard on the grounds, and also offer ghost tours throughout the castle.
