Topic: How can important people stand to fly so much?

Like, athletes, sports commentators, celebrities, etc. They all fly multiple times per week or even day. I have nightmares about being in an airplane and have hated every second of the 15 or so flights that I’ve ever been on.
How can these people just be so carefree about it?

The answer is, commercial flying is a very safe form of travel, especially now days. Don't believe me? Try and name anyone famous that was injured or killed on a commercial airline flight. I'll wait.

Not true. I’ve crossed the road plenty of times in my life and never have been in danger of being hit.

I mean, most celebrities die in plane crashes. They’re private planes, sure, but that still doesn’t change the fact that they’re planes.
That is a personal anecdote and is not evidence of anything. Hundreds of thousands have crossed the road (as they had done plenty of times on their lives) and were hit by a car and died.

Yes it does change the fact!! Professional pilots who have the hours and ratings and professionally maintained aircrafts make all the difference in the world. Flying with these private charters is very dangerous. Same as catching a ride with a professional limo service or some uber goofball trying to make a few bucks till a real job comes along. Most of the charter pilots are cats who didn't have the credentials to get hired by a commercial airlines. Use your head here and quit looking for things to scare yourself with.

Buddy Holly, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Stevie Ray Vaughan, just to name a few. The list is so endless that I can’t even pull names from it off the top of my head.

> I’ve never felt unsafe in an Uber. I don’t know what you’re talking about.
You have more of a chance of being in an accident riding with an uber driver than flying on a commercial airlines. That is why all of the celebs take limos and fly commercial. You're really dense on this subject. My guess is you have slight autism or someone dropped you on your head when you were a baby. You just can't seem to figure things out for yourself.

How many times have you ever seen a celebrity sitting at the gate at the airport? Or sitting in front of you on a plane? I’ve never seen a celebrity on an airplane. That’s because they all fly private. Hell, Oliver Anthony was flying private this past summer and he literally was a baby celebrity with one song on the charts.
