Unless you wanted to boycott or divest or sanction a foreign country, which somehow Americans owe allegiance to? It’s very weird. You can boycott Sudan or Russia or China or Yemen or whatever you like just not that one.

Texas didn't elect him to the senate, that would never happen.
One district in Texas elected him to be their house rep. That's not shocking, because those aren't state-wide. There's also fundamnetalist republicans winning house races in solid blue states for the same reason.
