Now I remember! I used to hang out at this chatroom until some skiddies came and started spamming and engaging in general dickery, then they mentioned some other room which happened to be full of script kiddies like them, so I went there out of curiosity and they turned out to be a bunch of meme spouting faggots for the most part. So I had no clue what they were talking about, not having found the *chans yet, so I Googled one of said memes and that's how I found ED.

Rick rolls were just getting big, and they kept happening on a browser game forum that I went on. I went looking for "IRL rick rolls" on youtube like a faggot, and came across a Chanology raid from back when it was big. They were wearing these masks, so I did some research and found 4chan.

Then I found 7chan and 420chan by just trying to replace the number '4' with other stuff.

I found BBS chans by seeing Kimmo's article on ED and thus finding TC.

When I was a sophomore in high school, I'd talk with one of my really good friends a lot at night on AIM. We used to always send each other the weirdest shit, and were thoroughly amused by things like tubgirl, 2girls1cup, pain olympics, etc. She used to always out-do me in finding bizarre shit, so one day I finally asked where she was getting it all from and she linked to 4chan. Her brother had showed her the site, I think, pretty sure he was around during the site's inception/not too long afterwards. I had no idea what the fuck it was though, or how to navigate the site, seeing as she didn't link me to /b/ or anything, but I didn't forget about it. Finally looked into it a bit further a few months later, and I've been addicted to chans ever since.

I dont remember how I found 4chan or other chans. I think most other chans I found searching shit on drugs or random links from an everquest forum. I found tinychan (when it was hosted on 4chan)when googling shit I came upon a necrogirl topic.

A lot of them are full page shots of the topic page during raids or entire topics, so they're large. It's nothing terribly revealing, just spam --both Kimmo's and ours. I can zip them up later and put them online somewhere if you're really curious.
