I got a new 360 controller today. The packaging says it has the twisting dpad, but I can't seem to twist it. It's black, but all the pictures I've seen of the controllers with the twisting roads are silver. Could this be a packaging error?

Perhaps you could return it to the merchant in its original packaging and request an exchange.
