Normally, this offense carries a maximum fine of 500 euros, but because of "World Women Day," German authorities felt compelled to use it as a publicity stunt by turning it into an excessive door-kicking competition.

For the record, comments I made here about womens ablility to drive was a caricature of sexists, not an opinion of the author. Thanks.
