Some countries are warning their citizens in Moscow, about increased risk of attacks and especially concerts are to be avoided.

They have information that an attack is imminent on a large crowd. FSB are claiming that they have recently foiled an attack on a synagogue by Islamic State but it's unknown if it's the same attack.
