I don't know who that is but I get you. At least he's not like this guy, who doesn't flush the toilet. Who does that? What kind of person does something so disrespectful, it's not cool.

Maybe if I didn't have to flush the toilet all the time, I would have time to know who that is. You come in there, in a hurry and then you have to flush. I can't be bending over to flush when I need to poop, it's very straining for some people.

EDIT: plus when you don't flush, the poop particles gather in the air. It's like throwing tiny little piece of poop at people's faces.
