So, she had this hard lump in one of her breasts. I was thinking, should I tell her? It might be cancer, but telling her would be rally awkward. I ended up telling her. She was pissed that I did, but it turns out she knew, and it was benign. I still think I did the right thing.

Hot for sure, but she had el fuego that Latinas have, so it was not pleasant. I have dated a few Latinas, and they all are batshit crazy.

They are not all like that. You are probably most familiar with those who immigrated as young children, or who were born in the US but whose parents had very recently immigrated. These people tend to be more unstable and I think some of it comes from an insecurity about which culture they belong to.
People that immigrate as adults tend to be stable. People whose parents were raised in the US also tend to be stable, not only, but they also tend to act indistinguishably from everyone else, many of them never even learn Spanish to any meaningful extent.
Another group that tends to be stable are those that are from upper middle class backgrounds. They tend to be stable regardless of when they immigrate.
