Manager said I went over performance targets, that's a good thing apparently. What about all the other things I do? Do you notice that? I don't think he does, I'm literally over taking everyone all the time, I'm working twice as hard as everyone else. Makes me bitter, wanted to drop a grenade in the meeting room. Just venting.

I literally have to jump over obstacles to save time. And the result is a little bit over performance targets. The fucking manager is walking with a piece of paper that shows everyone is under performance and does he take it as a hint of his own performance?
