It turns out that you have to castrate and trannify children before the puberty gets them if you want them to be convincing trannies.

Maybe in the future they will be able to grow custom clone bodies in vats, and the incorrect male body can be safely euthanized and replaced with the correct female clone body.

I think it will become so good that life will become like Bladerunner but with transwomen instead of replicants. You'll have elite agents dedicated to identifying transwomen, trans rebellions, and an uncomfortable moral lesson that transwomen are now so indistinguishable from women that they essentially really are women.
