This has to be one of the worst ones yet. It was particularly messy and I managed to get shit on my hands and wrist with almost every single wipe and used an entire bog roll.
It felt like my arse vomited rather than shat.
The night before I consumed 3 cans of Spanish larger, a Donna kebab and a bag of biltong. This morning I had a full English and two coffees.
Could it be my diet?
