So? The $350m aren't ill-gotten gains if he would have been approved for the loan at a higher interest rate. Re-run the numbers to arrive at an interest rate that an expert testifies he could have obtained and order him to pay the difference. The judge is wrong for this order

He didn't do any of those things though. CNN and MSNBC told us he did, but if you examine the facts and take into account what actually happened in a completely unbiased way, none of it is true.
