Probably not. Most of the microtears that lead to hypertrophy happen in the first two to three reps.
I'm not sure I follow you there but I believe you. Though there's a guy in work (catholic guy fyi) and he works two physically demanding jobs, recommends creatine. There's also many others on the internet, not just some random people but renowned people.
