Agreed. The board is dying.

You can't grow crops without fertilisation. So what can you expect when you've banned the virtual equivalents of shit? Love or hate these people, the drama and increased activity are the necessary environment for this community to thrive. It's what we were born out of.

So whether you believe drama is a means to an end or an end goal itself, it's in the best interest of all of us to bring back people that create it.

If it gets too out of hand, just ban them again.

That or we can just keep reading the same stale shtick posts and form replies that we have now.

Another option if it gets too out of hand, have official containment threads for particular topics or people. That's worked well enough in the past.
