Topic: I use google street view to go through the US's "most dangerous neighborhoods"

None of them look all that bad. Why are they so dangerous?

I don't know. Maybe it's not the buildings that are dangerous? Just an idea.

Yeah, but in dangerous neighborhoods, usually they look like war zones. These look like normal neighborhoods.

It's day time. The thugs are still in bed.

Notes: the lawns are mowed. The houses are in good repair. The cars are nice. Nothing about that is dangerous. Nothing at night would change that.

> the lawns are mowed.
The lawns are taken care of by the property owner not the tenants. Even still, half of them look pretty dead.

> The houses are in good repair.
In your picture, the upper floor of the one on the left is completely burnt out lol. One of the buildings on the right looks like it has plywood boarding up the doorway and possibly one of the upper windows, can't say for sure from your picture though.

> The cars are nice
Typical even in dangerous cities. No one owns anything. Everything's on loan. People in the worst of situations don't have cars.

Here's another picture. I just searched the street address in your picture and it's one of the first things that came up. Doesn't look as good as your pic. If you zoom in you can see the paneling under the porch is all broken. Trash in the yard.

There's only one pool of blood in the road, I'd say that's not so bad.

Most dangerous neighborhoods don't look like war zones, they just look run down

Neither. The Rust Belt and Baltimore.
