Sex and a movie.
You know those higher-end cinemas you can go and get served a multi-course meal before or during the movie?
Same idea here except the staff would give blow jobs or whatever form of sex was paid for instead, or in addition to dinner.
It'd be pretty swell to have something like that in Vegas. Which also makes me wonder, why don't any casinos offer sex as a reward?

That could work too. I considered that maybe it would make for a better dessert of sort. Although then I considered that maybe it would lessen the appreciation of the food or movie if you just wanted to get on with the blow job and your appetite is suppressed because of it.
Maybe a before and after blow job would be better?
Or maybe a buffet style where you just call or buzz your waitress in for on-demand service?
The thing is, if it's in a communal setting, like a cinema setup, you have to then worry about synchronization. I don't mind having a blow job while other people are as well. And I don't mind having one when other people aren't. But what I do mind is eating while other people are getting blow jobs or having sex.

New idea: Cinematic pornographic films. I don't wanna make a film where they show up, they sit down and jack off, and they get up and they get out before the story ends. It is my dream, it is my goal, it is my idea, to make a film that the story just sucks them in and when they spurt out that joy juice, they just gotta sit in it.
