In this hypothetical example, I want us to further suppose that this person has serious mental health issues and was deceived with minimal effort into marrying someone that was only interested in their money. Imagine that this all happened in the most comically transparent and poorly disguised way possible. Now let's further imagine that, while no genius by any stretch, this spouse managed to get the title to one of their houses put in her name.
