Will you give every regular on Minchan $5,000? Just the regular, long timers. If not, why not? If you can spend half a million dollars -- an amount that would be life changing for everyone here but you -- just to post purple scat anime, why won't you give money that would make a significant contribution to everyone's lives?

Why not? Because the "anonymous" poster and the other person that joins in to argue the same thing as the "anonymous" poster in every thread are both sociopaths and couldn't fathom helping anyone other than themselves.

Irrelevant. The half a million scat purchase proves that $5 is literally NOTHING to her. It would mean NOTHING to her, but it could CHANGE LIVES for us.

This will create videos that will make people feel emotions and inspire other artists.
If you don't drink yourself to death you'll just buy ghost hunting gadgets touring old hotels.
Creating a lasting legacy is important. Autistic hobbies are compulsions that need to be worked out with trained behavioral specialists, not enabled by people around you.
If $5,000 sounds like a lot to you, a full time job would give you that much in two months. You would have much more money after a year.
If I gave everyone $5,000 I would go broke. Yes, saving up let me buy a very good machine, but not everything in my life is a luxury. You could make much more than that small gift if you sent out a few applications. Trust me, $5,000 would be gone very fast. A few bills and with inflation that's not much groceries.

Maybe you should see a better specialist

$5 might be nothing to you but $5,000 is a lot of money, especially to someone who just spent $500,000. And even if they were to give it away, it would do a lot more good going to a homeless guy or a poor single mother than just some internet randos.

It would and it'd do even more good to give it away to a homeless guy or girl than to spend it shitposting on a nearly abandoned internet forum.

What is fundamentally different between what I'm doing, and someone who spent their time time making and trading art in the agora of yore?
Society needs to be more than feeding grain to people and making them work in industry. Art is necessary for a healthy existence, and benefits society in intangible ways.
Creating and appreciating art is not a waste of time, it matters to every part of life.

So is your bank account sitting at zero?
Even if it were, and we all know that it isn't, OP also asked how you justify this type of behavior. I've not yet seen any good explanation on this point. Even sycophants like Fake Anon couldn't help but slip up and acknowledge this was a colossally selfish and privileged thing to purchase compared to the amount of good you could've done with it. @1,279,214 (Fake anon !ZkUt8arUCU)

No one else here, aside from a guy who very frequently makes tongue-in-cheek comments, is taking the stance you're taking.

It's very illuminating seeing you explain this to us all. Thanks. You're so insanely out of touch that it's hard to even believe what I'm reading. I can't imagine how people are that are wealthier than you, since, comparatively, you're not all that wealthy at all. You've also incredibly new money and are already like this. Imagine generational wealth. America is a sick place.
> I've not yet seen any good explanation on this point.
Multiple times I've said this is for the pursuit of advancing the arts. I wasn't prepared to explain why the arts matter, that's something I thought you already knew.
> acknowledge this was a colossally selfish and privileged thing to purchase compared to the amount of good you could've done with it.
There's more good in creating something that lasts.
throwing more slop down for the poor will just lead to more people, devoid of artistic inspiration, multiplying in the depths.
A lot of Taiwanese mouths were fed when I finalized the order, but you aren't counting those for much.

Yeah, when you start all this disingenuous shit, it gets pretty boring to be honest. If you want a real discussion, then keep up your end of it.

He thinks your wife (he thinks that's me) is using too much money to spend on the finer things in life, despite the benefits the art have to the rest of society.
Neither of us can convince him otherwise, because in his mind we're working together. He won't say anything explicitly because that would be doing what you wanted and it would make certain statements a liability later on.

@previous (I)
the poster who makes AI porn revealed they are using a very expensive rig to make better pics of girls shitting. I don't think they are trying to troll but it's pretty successful
