I have 5 A100s set up in my spare office, connected and ready to generate.They all arrived quickly, but I had to wait on an electrician who needed to come twice to wire the room because the previous owner didn't even bother to ground them.

The scat lora isn't working yet, but I have a workflow in comfy ui that should be able to generate videos 10 seconds long without too much jumping to a new scene. The building used to be storage for a business, the area isn't incorporated so there's not much oversight or taxation. The utility is the same for the nearby municipality, and electricity prices are low.

There's nothing soulless about it, and I can also use these cards on a mining pool, to recover lost tripcodes.
It's an investment, and utilities are included on the rent until the very old couple who owns this property get wise.

You really ought to consider property in the northern states. 1) It's cheap 2) minimal taxes and regulations in many places 3) freezing to below zero temperatures for much of the year. 4) very few natural disasters or crime (or people)
