It depends on a lot of factors.
Easy to pump out a lot of low-res images that have a lot of errors.
As you increase the resolution, and 'steps' to get better images it gets exponentially slower. animating one into a gif adds another level of wait.
When I can get the lora installed and the settings just right I should be able to produce 50 quality pictures of her covered in shit per hour at a resolution of 768x768.

That's enough to train a transformer between the sizes of GPT-2 and GPT-3 from scratch in a month or three. Not with the multi-million batch sizes that OpenAI used, but you really don't need to to get interesting results.
