Topic: In the Netherlands DNR tattoos are legally binding

In most of the rest of the world, bureaucratic procedure dictates compelled treatment unless the right forms and physician blessings were sought out, filed, and the originals again miraculously located and produced on the scene of the emergency. Absolute insanity.

In other news, apparently the word "minaciously" which my spell checker thought I was going for instead of "miraculously" means "menacing; threatening". Maybe I should've left it, as it also fits, in a way. Medical requests aren't actually respected in most of the world unless they're binding under the threat of the full force of the law.

Interesting browsing behaviour. Don't read the original post, but read a random footnote posted later on that just so happens to be longer than the original post.
