I recently started a new job and it’s in a small l office with 3 ladies. One is a few months older than me and is engaged to be married, another is in her 40s and widowed, and our supervisor who is in her 60s.

When the supervisor is in the room, the girl my age doesn’t talk to me much. However, when the supervisor isn’t in the room, she talks to me a decent amount and we have good conversations.
