They've already done that. The entire West is basically out of ammo. But again, Russia instantly getting limitless drones and bombs from Iran and North Korea shows Russia's weakness apparently, whereas Zelenskiy having to shlep all over the Western world to beg for any weapons they can find shows Ukraine's "strength".
Please read all of these articles and note that they specify that the armies are running out of ammunition to donate, which isn't the same thing as running out of ammunition.
When actually, all you can prove is that there are warnings that the entire West is preparing to experience shortages in spare ammunition to give to Ukraine.
