societys misandrist, nobody cares about mens feelings but expect us to do dirty work and let fems screw around somewhere.
feminists dont do shit for equality, they just increase their privilege even more and dont improve dudes quality of life and social networks which is what fems should be doing for us in exchange for the emancipation that was achieved.

Not according to feminists, who shoot mens rights activism every time.
How are men supposed to gain equity when corporate HR, school administration, and the media are all claiming men still have power and need to give up more?

That's nature, and societies have found ways to act civilized. Those tried and true rules allowed advanced civilization, and feminists want to uproot it all but have still been unable to form a single working society.
Every major power is patriarchal because women sabotage everything the manage.

The United States alone is far from being a matriarchy society and what you're describing here is the lack of focus a lot of men have on their mental health because you have been lead by society to confirm to your specific gender roles. You constantly worry about if something you enjoy is gay or renders you girly. You designed certain tasks or interests or past times to women at the expense of yourself. You look down on men who don't fit the corporate world's standards of what a man should be. You think women are the only ones who have to deal with societal expectations? Most of those expectations come from the very same men who dictate what is and isn't appropriate for you. Men try to control the narrative of what a women is just so they don't have to answer the deeper questions themselves since they're too pussy to handle any sort of self-reflection. As if there is some honor in that, but there really isn't any honor there. Do women share some of the blame? Absolutely, but women are merely just responsible for continuing the thought process that a man should be a certain way. Strong, breadwinner, hides his emotions, all of which contradicts the most basic feminist ideals. This is why it doesn't surprise me why people, especially (cis) men, can't handle the knowledge of a transgender person's existence. They couldn't even handle the existence of themselves or (cis) women.
If anyone ever gives you shit for expressing your emotions or not living up to an often unrealistic expectation of manhood. Don't associate with them. If they do in a professional setting then go to any department that handles harassments (if it's setup) and/or just keep it along a professional basis. You're not less of a man for doing what is right for you or whatever makes you happy. So, I guess, what I am trying to say is... don't be a pussy when it comes to your life.

In a land proclaimed as equal, you stand in critique, Playing matriarchy's game, words harsh and bitter. Gender norms, you claim, are thrust upon, Yet you, too, impose, playing the same song. Blame men for neglecting worth, But don't forget, they're not of one birth. Society's expectations, not solely theirs to own, Women play a part, let's acknowledge this zone.
Control narratives, you boldly insist, Yet reflection, a chance you might miss. Transgender lives, you dare to berate, Your narrow frame, it's time to rearrange. Criticism comes, don't hide or run, Engage with empathy, under the same sun. Stereotypes challenge, let biases depart, Compassion is key, to truly chart.
