Climate change is real, but it is entirely natural and will not result in some global catastrophe, as countless (failed) predictions over the last few decades would have you believe.

I wish something positive would come of it, like the cool tech we got from the Cold War and the space race. Why aren't we pouring billions into research so we can terraform Mars or Venus? If we can terraform either of those two planets, we'll have no problem turning back whatever we've done here. Problem solved. Doubly so.
