He would have lost it by 15+ anyway so it hardly matters. They should remove Presidents from the ballots of any state that was R/D+10 or more in the previous election and skip to the states that actually are important.

The reason it wont be upheld by the current justices is because Colorado did it wrong, like how Roe v Wade was done wrong. You've got to admire them for upholding the letter of the law if not the spirit.
