This Russian, poor guy, said "oh i cannot believe you are 30!" and i took it the wrong way, like he was being sarcastic, if you saw myself like i see myself it would be obvious he is being sarcastic, so i tore into that guy and we were like passive agressive against each other until we almost killed each other with our mini forklifts. The boss is like, what the fuck? and then like a hour later he is like bruh, no, i wasnt making fun of you, and i am like wtf? Do you see me at all? I still think that guy is fucking with me but if he is going to pretend he is serious, i will pretend it was all a misunderstanding.
But that would require me playing the game. The game i have hated since childhood, the game where all the boys try to get the same three girls to dance with in dancing class. I once refused to partake, refused to dance!, ended up dancing in a half crying way regardless, kind of hilarious. I do not feel like playing games with people.

Let me be serious for a minute: you need to get fucked. I mean literally. If your husband can't or won't, then find someone that will. I'm not claiming it will fix everything in your head, but it will definitely help

Her wife identifies as a woman. why do you insist on calling her something else? Why not be kind and call people what they wish to be called?
Playing into someone's mental disorder is not the "kind" thing to do. You are taking the path of least resistance and then trying to claim you only did so because you care.
It's not only the piece of shit move to do, it's an incredibly ironic move.
A thousand years ago there was this guy in the middle east who had a similar delusional identity disorder. And due to people playing along with it, there are still people to this very day that take it seriously. I'm not even going to get into the hundreds of thousands that have died over the interim period over one man's delusions. Who gives a fuck about all that, right? Easier to just play along and not offend a mentally ill person!
But why's it ironic? Because, as it turns out, the people who take that one guy from the desert's mental delusions seriously often end up being the people who hate, absolutely HATE, kook's husband's mental delusions.
What an ironic twist of fate? One group following one mental delusion hating another group supporting another completely arbitrary mental delusion.
It's almost like there's a lesson in here: maybe playing into mental illness isn't a great way to structure society. Who would've guessed!

Not everyone has the memory of a goldfish. Don't post shit here complaining about your joke of a sex life and then expect us to forget. Just own up to who you are and where you are in life. Jesus.
