After this post, I will NOT discuss any longer the accusations that I am not a professor, that I am Matt, etc. I am on sabbatical. The university I work in is NOT in the Cincinnati area. I am here temporarily. I am doing research, but it is NOT academic research of my usual variety. I am in Cincinnati specifically for this research. I will finish here in a few months and will move somewhere else to continue my research. It is that simple. Now, again, I will NO LONGER entertain discussion about this.

I'd be mildly surprised if he was even that. I always suspected he was no more than a TA or possibly a tutor hired on some temporary grant money that needed to be spent by a certain date, so they just hired some alcoholic bozo at the last minute to avoid the money being lost into thin air.
Although that's not to say I can't imagine him being hired as an adjunct instructor and them deciding after a semester that he shouldn't be welcomed back.
