American friends, what are your Thanksgiving plans? I am blessed to be able to spend it with family. I'll be making a beef vegetable soup to contribute to the feast! I cannot wait to see my family!

Just peel 5 lbs of red potatoes. Cut into sections and boil. Big bowl add stick of butter, salt, pepper cup of sour cream and whip with a mixer. If I need them a bit more smooth I use milk. That's it..quick and simple.
