Biden pissing off every Muslim American by providing diplomatic cover for a genocide is probably not his wisest policy decision a year out from an election.

Except that isn't what is happening.

More seriously there are 2 possible conclusions to draw from those links:

1. The country that elected a black progressive twice in a row suddenly became a nation of deplorable hate-peddling racists.

2. The Biden Administration is utterly shit.

2 is correct (and we already knew this).

1 - much more likely they are just plain ignorant rather than a "basket of deplorables" (viz. Mrs Clinton)

Watch what happens in Michigan and Minnesota in ‘24

Ignorant of what? What is it they don't know that makes them favour Trump over Biden?

I don't doubt that what you think will happen will happen, but it won't be because of the loss of the Muslim-American vote. It may come as a surprise to you but not every Muslim in the world is pro-Hamas or even pro-Palestine. In fact the majority of Muslims (including the son of one of the cofounders of Hamas) think what Hamas did on October 7 is a disgrace to Islam.

Ignorant of politics in general, but probably more what I said in my edited answer which somehow ended up as a new post.

Maybe they simply see Trump as being the only person who seems to care about the affairs of ordinary people, such as themselves. Trump knows how powerful that can be because it's a large part of what got him elected in 2016. So he's milking it even more this time.

Most Muslims are not supportive of Hamas killing and kidnapping innocents but they are still upset that Israel is bombing Gaza regardless if they believe in what Hamas did in early October. You must live in some kind of stupid bubble if you think Biden’s support for Israel won’t have any impact on Muslim voters in America.

I didn't say "won't have any impact on Muslim voters"... but that the impact will not affect the outcome in any major way.

First of all, we are talking about just over 1% of the population of the US. Secondly, as I said, not all Muslims support the Palestinian cause. I suspect it's a minority, but let's be generous and say it's 75%. This is still a drop in the ocean.

With Biden winning key states like Wisconsin (population 6 million) by just 21,000 votes in 2020, it absolutely is not "a drop in the ocean".

Georgia and Arizona were even narrower.

0.0075 x 332,000,000 = 2,490,000 - spread across 50 states.

Most Muslims are concentrated in the typically solid blue states like NY, NJ & IL.

You perhaps have a point about Wisconsin, but that is about the only one likely to be affected. I'll give you Arizona too.

So you've admitted this would effectively hand Trump the presidency. Ok thanks, that'll be all.
