Topic: I really love Champagne
Throckmorton !dxiFV8kfVg started this discussion 2 years ago #114,393 It is so special and such a long and difficult process to make. I love bone dry, yeasty flavors. Do you like Champagne?

lol I know you are joking, but no. Real Champagne comes from the Champagne region of France. Of course, there is lots of wonderful sparkling wine in other places too, but I am a big fan of real Champagne.

There was another regular here who considered himself a wine expert. I forget his name.

Okay. Also, I'm, far from a wine expert. I just enjoy it. I still have lots to learn.

Champagne is a generic term like a xerox or bandaid
