I really like my hori split pads. Makes it way more comfortable to hold but it still fits in the dock.

I don't mind that they're missing the IR and NFC sensors, but motion control and HD rumble would be nice.

I agree, especially for the price it's a bit silly that they don't have motion controls, rumble of any sort, or wireless.
