4shared hosted songs used to work but for some reason they are now borked :s

that's why i use mp3raid. but now i can't download some songs because there are no alt sources.

beemp3 isn't mobile friendly .-.

I dunno how many mobile-friendly sites there would be. Probably not a lot. Can you make a list of shit you want to download, go into a library, download it all straight onto your PSP there?
