It's extremely difficult for me to do some things. Intellectually, I'm more than capable, but when it comes to sitting down and doing my work I just can't. Not because it's difficult. I don't know why. I know that this is basically very normal, but it shouldn't be this difficult. As for relationships, I'm just bad at keeping in touch and staying friendly. There are a few that I can and have kept, but too often I get nervous about some plans or blow people off.

I feel you. I brush my teeth at least. Depression makes it very hard to focus, which doesn't help with school.

You can't just expect it to go away though, you need to actively work towards bettering yourself. Don't ask me how, though.

I hit one set back with anything and I spiral down. That happened today, so I'm fucked for another few months.
