I think that having instant access to a wide variety of bodies doing extreme sex acts can be addictive and hard to treat because of how easy it is to get
I also think that porn can slowly nudge people towards needing more and more extreme material to get off
And I think that many porn studios mistreat the sex workers, which most don't care about. I also think it's weird that so many people resent OnlyFans workers, and I wonder if it's because those sex workers can better control their own content, re be more in charge of what sex acts they do and with who

Do you think the same could be said for violence overall? The addictiveness of violent video games, the increasing realism, availabity of all types of gore.

How do they mistreat the sex workers? I hadn't heard of people resenting OnlyFans workers.
What do you think of Louisiana's and other states' porn age verification laws?

I think that some gamers could need more increasingly violent video games to be satisfied. Also it seems like some of them use fps games as a way of stimming. It's interesting
Porn studios like to hire workers to do agreed upon sex acts, begin filming, and then throw in sex acts that the workers don't want to do. And if they refuse, they say they won't pay for the work already done
There is also a surprising amount of rape and sexual assault on porn sets
Another thing about porn is that it doesn't show the reality of extreme sex acts and that gives younger people unrealistic ideas of sex. Like porn doesn't show the prep required to have anal sex, or the rampant drug use necessary for double penetration or gang bangs
I think those laws are good in theory but probably easy to circumvent
> There is also a surprising amount of rape and sexual assault on porn sets
I have no idea how the likes of Pierre Woodman and Rocco Siffredi aren't in jail. They basically filmed themselves raping women and sold it as entertainment.

Because people don't care about what happens to sex workers. A porn star dies and everyone jokes about getting one last nut. They like that it's a degrading and difficult job
It's also why they resent OnlyFans, because those women can make money without being raped half dead

Are you sure? I saw a study once that said gangbangs are the single most common fantasy among women, and we all know women have the options to make it happen easily.

You think many want the women to suffer explicitly? Why?
Do you happen to know how much of porn consumption and/or production is amateur? It seems like a lot of the stuff from porn studios is so over the top and unbelievable that I actually wonder how many people still watch it? It's not like it's the 80s anymore where the only options are magazines and VHS.

@1,261,918 (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC) > It's odd that you think a fantasy would lead to a real life event
Let's go back to the idea that porn can "slowly nudge people towards needing more and more extreme material". How does this mesh together in your mind with the above post?
The idea that violent video games cause people to act violently has long been discredited. Are there any studies or reasons at all to believe porn is different in this regard?
> I think that men have a lot of resentment towards women regarding sex
Do you think most of it is that or do you think much or most of it is about dominance? Not that it can't be both of course, but it need not be.
> Someone must be watching that shit, because they make so much of it
I wonder if it's just cheap and easy to make? I was under the impression, which may not be true, that a lot of these people are drug users and/or addicts. I doubt they can command top dollar salaries.
> Also slightly off topic, I knew two men who were porn addicts before smart phones existed and they were fucking weird
What's the connection to smart phones? People watch porn primarily on their smart phones these days or do you just mean it was somewhat of a long time ago. Which to me, doesn't seem that long ago. Tell us about them.
Let's talk about AI generated porn. What do you think? I would think this will be the final nail on the coffin for the porn industry. Sure, some people may want to watch only humans having sex, but what fraction of these people would be watching stuff from a porn studio any way? Who thinks, "I will only watch real humans have sex, but ONLY if they do so for money in the most over-exagerated and fake way imaginable." And anyway, even if such a group of people existed, there's no reason to believe they couldn't just be fooled with AI generated porn posing as real people. Why would anyone pay porn stars when it could all be generated for free?

Dominance probably is involved. Also jealousy
Yes a lot are drug addicts, but easy to make us kind of vague. It's definitely hard on bodies
Oh I mentioned smart phones because porn is much easier to get now. These men were addicted during a time where you had to go buy physical porn in person
I think ai porn will be safer for the people making porn, because less of them will be victimized, but may be more addictive to users
