In the United States, does free speech include the right to put up a sign on your property reading "WHITES ONLY!!! NIGGERS, WOPS, CHINKS & WETBACKS WILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT!!!"

You could probably say it like that, but not if it were a business preventing those people from entering. However, local obscenity laws might apply to this.
