If you mean 80 - 100 IQ individuals;
1. you can just about rote-train them,
slightly more efficiently
2. towards the upper end of that, particularly efficiently for some key psychodynamically-loaded numbers
3. you can rote-motivate them (sans material), significantly more efficiently; they tend to be imaginative as fuck, unlike the explicitly retarded/semi-retarded or the above average
4. they're slightly worse at counting four-digit incomes than their IQ-<79 counterparts, so you can almost pay them what
they want; they're the IQ-neurotic-enough fucks at fault for being JUST aware enough of the economy to over-function on a pittance on their own deliberations and insistences simply because of over-complificationaicizatory guilt
