Okay, so the funny part of this story is how the police reacted lol. Well not funny at all really, but a good example of living in America. > We requested a refund and all of a sudden an argument became a riot

Two people ended up with felony assault charges when two park rangers were "injured". This probably means the cops had minor scrapes from falling while tackling people. Imagine how this could have gone if the the police remembered their first priority is to protect and serve.

Are hats allowed to be worn while on this ride? If not, head coverings should not be allowed either. There needs to be the same rules for everyone, religious or not.

If there is a medical reason and there is proof of at that maybe. But anything that has a chance of flying off during a ride is a safety risk for all passengers.
