Isn't the world as it exists a direct result of anarchy? As in, when there are no rules or systems, someone with the most guns and weaponry, just steps up and makes them? Which is, in a way, perfectly compatible and within the confines of the anything-goes-system that is anarchy? So this makes me wonder, is it even possible for the world to not be in an anarchist state?

I guess, but in my system, anyone being aggressive like that would be cast out by the entire community. Anarchy can have rules and principles and even punishments, just not authoritative e systems like we have now.

How and who would enforce the punishments?
Speaking a little more practically, every country that allows trial by jury is fully compatible with anarchism (and, again, arguably already is anarchist). We just have exercise what we already have, jury nullification, that is. Although, judges hate the idea of the populace holding power, so you can never claim in deliberations to be using jury nullification because judges can and do kick jurors out that do that. Not a big deal because you can just find some other made of reason why you think someone is not guilty if you don't agree that the law they broke should exist.
More people should know about jury nullification. It would solve many of the problems that exist today if more knew.

OP thinks their club would be the coolest on the block and none of the other clubs would fuck with them. Also they want a monopoly on governance for the area their club likes to hang out in, so they don't really come off as an anarchist.

You would have to ask @OP. But they said the club would forcibly remove you from the area for not following their rules. So we know they would like a monopoly on governance, which isn't anarchy.
