Depression just sneaks up on me without rhyme or reason. :-(
New antidepressant doesn't seem to be working that well.

Some antidepressants only make things worse.
Have you tried adding Abilify!?
On a more serious note, I think exercise is the best antidepressant, particularly when it's depression for "no rhyme or reason."

I like going for walks or drives when I'm feeling down. I can say that it helps me.

I haven't tried abilify... Just wiki'd it... man, look at all those "frequent" side effects.
My gyming is going okay. Have lost 7kg in past couple months. And yeah, I often feel good after doing it. Thanks

Yeah, I just noticed in the other thread you said you bike, gym, and swim. Keep it up. I stopped going for a while but need to get back into the habit. I lost like 20 pounds while I was going.

I'm jealous I'm lazy. Since I'm practically just skin and bones, if I worked out it'd just be muscle building. Sometimes I do some basic workout, but meh.

Perhaps, Homestar, consider reversing your facial expression, such that thee might find yourself more motivated. Social scientific studies have proven that smiling does actually make people feel better about themselves.

Alternatively: learn transmogrification and transmogrify yourself into a glow worm; a glow worm's never glum~

Certainly, such were mine intentions. However, rewording such that sentence structure remains stable whilst also avoiding minor interjections comprising less than four letters, mine findings conclude difficult.

Indeed, there exists zero reports confirming glum glow worms. Nonetheless, denying their existence from this seems, from mine understanding, fallacial. Such declarations would certainly make glum glow worms only more glum.

I went off mine one day and I felt a little better. I was still depressed, and it got a little worse but that cloudy feeling and numbness to emotions (except extremely negative feelings) went away. My doses were low.
I'm trying exercise and vitamins and stuff. I want to eat better, but who knows. I'm feeling slightly better. Im making very slight changes and progressing nicely. Instead of trying a big change and expecting it to stick, I'm just introducing small changes.
Maybe your doses need adjusting. I've heard that it can take a while to find the right one. I gave up. I dont like them.

That's arguable. Though, mine curiosity peaks concerning your knowing mine capabilities. Surely, your judgements aren't made based with your capabilities, assuming mine identical?

I haven't had much luck either, this being the sixth medication I have tried.
I'll stick with this one, though because it seems to help with my motivation, which was always a big problem for me. I might consider going up to a full dose (currently on half dose), but for some reason I get really restless legs with this med...
Sounds like your making some good choices. Slow and steady wins the race.
