I truly wish that I weren't plagued with constant thoughts of being a lazy waste of space that always needs to be doing MORE MORE MORE. Because I would absolutely love to do shit like this and just forget about real life for a while. 7 or 8 years ago I spent a summer solo role-playing Skyrim and it is one of my fondest video game related memories. At the time it was certainly unhealthy escapism but nowadays I wish I could just take a week or two off from life and do it again purely for the fun of it, but my brain already makes me feel like shit for playing a couple hours of Starfield after work.

Awww man, I finished a Skyrim RP playthrough a little while ago and it was cool as hell. It was fundamentally simple, my character really hated a specific character, but it gave the playthrough way more depth.
I'm lightly role-playing my Starfield playthrough. I'm doing my character as a slightly selfish mercenary whose main concern is money, which is great because there is often a dialogue option avaliable to emphasise that you want to get paid.
