Hahaha, what the fuck, that comment section is messed up. There's multiple commenters, presumably adults or near enough, insulting the child in the video. Maybe I'm taking this too seriously, but I find it seriously weird that people would enjoy belittling a small child like this.
Reminds me a little of those creepy sadists on YouTube who get off on videos of monkeys being tortured.
