So this semester I'm living off-campus with some people I sort of know. 2 of them are dating, and there's almost always a bit of tension between them. They don't really seem to get along well. I'ce been spending a bunch of my time away from the house, but today they just got into a fight over nothing. Is there anything I should to try to keep the peace or should I just mind my own business and stay away from the house as much as possible when they fight?

Yeah being third wheel in these situations is never good. Stay out of it as much as possible, try not to even listen too much if either of them wants to complain to you or they might pull you into it. There's nothing you can do/say that's going to help the situation.
I wouldn't just leave the house though, put on some music and ignore it. You're paying to live there too.
