No. That would be toxic to dogs. They have a much slower metabolism and lower body weight than we do; if it somehow managed not to kill him, it'd fuck him up for way longer than it affects you.

Chocolate contains a drug called theobromine, which is why dogs can't have it.
Theobromine and caffeine are metabolized by xanthine oxidase, which dogs lack, so either is poisonous.
So no, don't give your dog the E, because it is toxic to dogs (for the same reason chocolate is!)
